We will not refund or replace any missing orders sent through the United States Postal Service for international orders!
If you want tracking and guaranteed delivery of international orders please use UPS or Fed Ex and purchase insurance.

We now offer the option to receive your order in plastic jars.  Please purchase the jars from our Tools/Books/Supplies section.  We offer a variety of sizes.
